đź“® Arcane Arctic Series by Peter North (.ePUB)

Ogre by day, hero by night... Peter North has been writing "serious" SF&F adventures for many years, under another name. But there's only so long a guy can be serious before he starts to go a bit mad. This is where Peter comes to play.

#1 - Isekaied into an ice world? Could be worse... Right? Yeah, apparently it can be a whole lot worse... When Jay Morgan and his bestie, Molly O'Brian, take "wrong turn" to a whole new level, they end up sucked into a world that makes the arctic look like a beach vacation. Even worse? After a bump on the head during their trip through the portal, Molly's taking an unplanned nap of potentially eternal proportions, and Jay has no choice but to carry her through a frosty wilderness that gets weirder by the mile. Enter the Delvers: half-animal, half-nutjob nomads who tell Jay he can save Molly—if he's willing to brave the infamously cursed Ice Dungeon for a legendary item that is rumored to be able to heal portal-related injuries. No biggie, except Jay's about as prepared for dungeon diving as a penguin is for a desert marathon. No party, no class, no relevant skills... He's pretty much f*&$ed. If Jay wants Molly to survive, though, he has no choice but to try. So when an arctic fox-girl named Lyra appears, offering Jay a crash course in survival, of course he agrees. Turns out Lyra is an Arcane Archer with more quirks than arrows. There might be a reason she hasn't got a diving party of her own. Why are the cute ones always crazy? Crazy or not, though, the silver fox-girl is Jay's best shot at saving Molly. When you're battling frost monsters and your ally might be nuts, you either laugh or you cry. And Jay's not much of a crier. Can he save Molly and keep his sanity intact? With Lyra's "help," it's going to be a close call.

#2 - Uhh... Is she supposed to have that feral glint in her eyes? Jay Morgan managed to wake his best friend Molly O'Brian from the Portal Sleep that had claimed her. But Molly has changed after her experience in the enchanted dream sleep. Her sweet, bubbly nature is sometimes replaced by a fierce warrior woman Jay hardly recognizes. And this warrior woman has unexpected appetites... It's pretty hot. But Jay's not gonna lie. It's kinda scary, too. In order to help Molly gain control of her her violent and carnal urges, Jay and Lyra--the beautiful and deadly fox-kin archer--must help her become a Delver. Only through integration with the dungeon's magic will Molly be able to overcome her personal demons and harness the potential of the powers she unlocked in the Portal Sleep. Maybe she'll even join Jay and Lyra between the sheets instead of watching from the sidelines, too? [Side-quest Accepted!] But Winterhaven's leader, the wily wolf-kin Runolf, will do anything he can to keep Jay and his party from ever entering the dungeon again. Jay must find allies to help his cause, level up, and get to the bottom of the corruption that has Winterhaven crushed under its thumb. All that, and keep the half-mad dungeon from killing him as it tries to make him stronger. Sure. No problem.

#3 - Situation Upgraded: From Bad to Worse, with a Side of Crazy! Jay Morgan, his Barbarian bestie Molly O'Brian, the fierce fox-kin archer Lyra, and their newest companion, the dark magic-wielding Hareblood woman named Dahlia, have finally reached the third floor of the dungeon. Their mission: to infiltrate the Mad King's castle and retrieve a vital [Corporeal Artifact] for Nova, the enigmatic and slightly unhinged entity that rules the dungeon and has an obsessive interest in Jay. But as soon as they arrive, they're ambushed by a group of hostile holy-rollers. As if paladins don't already have a chip on their shoulder the size of a Wall Street bailout... these ones seem to have a special hate-on for Jay and his girls. A narrow escape leads the party into the Night Market, a bizarre and dangerous place where dungeon goods are traded against World Dungeon Market regulations. The good news is, this might be where Jay can find the spell book to unlock more secrets of his class. The bad news? These paladins are ladies who just won't take no for an answer, and they're in hot pursuit of the "one who got away." With enemies closing in from all sides, trust is a luxury Jay and his team can scarcely afford. Danger lurks in every shadow. Alliances form and break in the blink of an eye. If Jay and the girls are going to navigate this treacherous floor with their lives intact, they'll need wit, courage, and a dash of insanity. Fortunately, they've got that last bit in spades...

#4 - Just When Things Couldn't Get Worse, They Found a Whole New Dungeon Jay Morgan and his party have faced killer knights, twisted clowns, and a Mad King with more issues than a stock market crash—but they weren’t prepared for this: an accidental trip into an entirely different dungeon! Now, Jay, along with his fearsome fox-kin archer Lyra, hammer-swinging Barbarian Molly, shadow-wielding bunny girl Dahlia, unicorn portal sorceress Aurora, and their still-unconscious snow-leopard warrior Kalasi, are stuck. And they need to get back to the Ice Dungeon—fast. Because Kalasi’s life is hanging by a thread, and if they don’t reach the Night Market in time, she might not survive. But with every dungeon step they take, the danger grows, and getting lost is a luxury they can’t afford. As enemies lurk in the shadows, Jay and the girls must face labyrinthine puzzles, monster-filled corridors, and Jay’s most terrifying challenge yet: trying to stay on Nova’s good side. Because if there’s one thing worse than a dungeon on the brink of collapse, it’s a sassy, unhinged dungeon spirit with abandonment issues. And let’s face it, Jay’s been dodging a lot of calls lately.
